Items purchased from artists on the Trendpod marketplace are custom-made and printed just for you. We're always happy to set up a free size exchange if the size you've ordered isn't right. If you're ready to set up an exchange, you can click here to access the Exchange tool on the site.
Returns can be done for all qualifying orders, and requests must be submitted within 60 days of the expected delivery date (or until January 31st for orders placed between November 1st and December 31st). Items must be unworn and unwashed. Your order will be refunded except for the original shipping fees paid on the order. If an item has already been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for a return for a refund.
If something you received is defective or you have trouble setting up an exchange, please get in touch with us via the Contact Us form - we'd be happy to get this sorted for you.
trendpod reserves the right to deny exchanges, returns, or refunds, including but not limited to preventing fraud, suspected fraud, or abuse. Returns valued at greater than $250(before any discounts) are subject to a restocking fee of 20.00%.
Something I ordered is defective.
If something you received is defective please contact us with a picture of the damaged item and we'll do what we can to make it right! We never ask that damaged items be returned to us.
Don't love it? We'll fix it. For free.

Where's my refund?
Typically refunds clear on our end in 24-48 hours, but based on the original payment method and your bank, it can take a billing cycle(3-4 weeks) for this to process.
If your refund still hasn't been applied after you receive your next bill, please let us know via the Contact Us page and we'll be happy to resolve that for you.
